Stairs Finished

I finally finished the trim on the stairs. The next goal is to add a glass door at the top to match the other sides.

BATH TIME!!!!!!

Yea bath-time!!

Lily didn't like the bath much early on. She seems to enjoy it, well, at least tolerates it long enough for us to wash off the baby funk.

Nikita is watching Lily take a bath while waiting for her turn :)

It is amazing the development that happens over such a short period of time. Lily has figured out that her hands can be used to bring toys to her mouth and make noise. Here she is practicing her new skills by eating the duck.

Yummy, food I can actually eat! I can hold my bottle all by myself now!

Hey check out my Smartwool socks! Toasty toes.

This is one of my (Sarah) favorite outfits on Lily. Our morning rountine includes a wash down in the bathroom (current location). After that we get dressed. Since we acquired so many hats in the 3-6 month clothes we are wearing a new one everyday.

I'll say cheese.... then you gim'me a hug!

X-mas and everything else!!

Here I am fishing in December on the Big Thompson River about 5 miles north of home. The weekend after the river had frozen over and now I have to fish below Lake Olympus dam where there are more people than fish.
We celebrated Christmas on the 20th in Boulder with Carol, Gary, Uncle Kyle, and Liz (Gary's Daughter). Lily is shown here with one of her Christmas dresses.
Nikita was in the Christmas spirit!!!

We had a fun night with dinner at Buca di Beppo and dessert at the house followed by games. Carol made some pomegranate martinis.
It is Christmas eve morning and Lily and I lay not wanting to get up.
Kyle and Nicholas came to our pad for Christmas eve day and stayed the night to have dinner and s'mores by the fire.

Uncle Kyle playing airplane!!!
Christmas day is almost over "I'm pooped"

...and what trip to Colorado would be complete with out a little fly fishing. This time we actually have proof they caught something. This will probably be the last fishing trip until spring. As we were leaving to head back the midwest, the resevoir froze over.

Siding Finished

Lily Picture Update

We have been so busy this past year it seems like we never get to rest. Once the house is finished we can maybe be a "normal" family.

Well...Lily gets to rest
